Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms (“Agreement”). These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

All content published and made available on the enCompass Evolve Website is the property of enCompass Evolve and the Website’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to, programs, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of the Website.  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website except:

 

  • Templates may become available for your use through the purchase of a short course or through the Resources page of our Website. These templates are for download and personal use only and no other exception to the above instruction shall be permitted.

  • Where permitted, downloading and storing of Small Business Evolution podcast episodes.

5. Course Access and Availability

  • Lifetime Access: Upon purchase of a course, participants will be granted lifetime access to the course content. This means that they can revisit and engage with the course material at their own pace, as often as they'd like.

  • Promotional Offers: While participants will retain lifetime access to the course they've purchased, this access does not automatically extend to future promotional offers, updates, or additional content that may be introduced to the same course. These future promotions or enhancements may require a separate purchase.

  • Course Availability: We are committed to providing access to the courses you've enrolled in. However, in some cases, courses may be discontinued due to updates, changes in business structure, or other reasons. If a course you've enrolled in is discontinued, you may still maintain your lifetime access to that specific course, but access to any related promotions, discounts, or future iterations of the course may not be included. Alternatively, access to said course may be removed altogether if the course is no longer offered on our site, and notice in this case will be given where possible.

  • Transference to Other Courses: Please note that purchasing a specific course does not automatically grant access to any other courses that may be offered on our platform, whether in the past, present, or future. Each course requires a separate purchase or enrollment.

We are committed to providing high-quality digital courses and content to our customers. Due to the nature of digital products, once a course is purchased, instant access to the content is granted. As a result, we generally do not offer refunds for course purchases.

 

However, we understand that technical issues can arise. If you experience difficulties in accessing, viewing, or downloading the course content due to a fault on our website, you may be eligible for a refund. To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact our support team at encompassevolve@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including a description of the issue and any supporting documentation or evidence such as screenshots.

 

As we stand by our products, and want you to have a great experience working with enCompass Evolve, we do ask that you give us the opportunity to fix any technical issues and provide you with your initial purchase, pursuing a refund only if this cannot be delivered on.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland to determine any matter or dispute which arises under these terms.

9. Severability

These Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. If any part of the Terms is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be severed, and the rest of the Terms shall remain in force.
