I've found that a lot of the problems small business owners face are similar, but there are not one size fits all solutions, because everyone has their own working style. I love finding new ways to assist; using resources already available, different skillsets, and rising to budgetary challenges. I want to work with you to help you be the leader your team needs, while being the boss your business requires.
I have an MBA, and a background in operations management and systems design in corporate, hospitality, and retail businesses. However, it's actually my experiences as an employee that are at the heart of Evolve’s purpose. I started Evolve to help small business owners become the kind of boss I wish I had. A boss people want to work for and that they want to see succeed.
